I started going gluten free almost a week ago. I have had severe anemia for the last 2 years and it was decided that due to some insurance issues, a family history of Celiac's and Crohn's, and a slew of symptoms that fit, that a gluten free diet was the way to go.
I come from a different perspective then a lot of people on this world wide web in the fact that I am not one of those people that throws together elaborate, 20 ingredient (most of which are sold at specialty stores or grown in an organic patch of garden on their property) recipe...
If that is your thing, awesome! Maybe I can give you a few ideas for your lazier days, for the rest of us, these are recipes for the McDonald's world of convenience... of course all gluten free.
